This book is a fun read, there are tons of Soda recipes here to try, that i am still trying to figure out which one to try first. The biggest problem I am having is finding all of the ingredients I need with out having to order off the internet. We recently purchased on of those Soda Stream carbonating water contraptions, and I am itching to get beyond those pre packaged syrups that they sell. I want to try to get things a bit healthier and less expensive. The concept of making your own soda, for a die hard soda drinker is a dream come true. I really am looking forward to trying all the recipes that are in this book they all look and sound delicious.
